We have partnered with a Financial Services firm based in Farringdon, London.
They are looking to hire a Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Python, Node.js, and Azure.
Ideally, someone who wants to step into a Team Lead role within the next couple of years.
Job Title: Software Engineer
Salary: Up to £70K
On-site: 2-3 days per week in Farringdon, London
Key Skills: Node.js, Python, SQL, Azure
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Build features across their Node.js and Python services and SQL databases.
Report directly and work closely with the Founders.
Contribute to analytics, structured-product workflows, and systematic strategy development.
Support Quant Developers with UI and portfolio management system development.
Troubleshoot production issues.
Utilise AI tools
Requirements
3+ years working with Node.js, Python, SQL, and Azure
Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or similar.
A keen desire to learn sophisticated financial-market concepts.
An eye for detail and your own initiative to diagnose issues across a full technology stack.
Ability to work both independently and in a small team in a fast-moving environment.
Open to picking up new technologies and developing your skillset.
