About the Role
We’ve partnered with a growing London-based agency that’s looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their expanding design team. Reporting directly into the Head of Design, you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences while also helping to mentor junior designers within the team.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys hands-on delivery while having influence over design standards and team development.
Location: Onsite 2 days a week in London, Liverpool Street (3 days WFH)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £75,000
Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Maintain, evolve, and contribute to design systems and UI standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
